The Representative plays a hands-on role in building relationships with coaches, athletes, and volunteers to foster spiritual growth and discipleship. They focus on equipping volunteers, organizing impactful events, and connecting with donors to support the ministry’s mission. This position is about inspiring others and creating a lasting influence in the local sports community.

The Ambassador serves 15 hours or less each week in a defined area by engaging, equipping and empowering coaches and athletes to fulfill the FCA Vision, pursue the FCA Mission and live the FCA Values.

The Area Director leads the growth of FCA across our region by praying, staffing, funding, and strategically advancing the ministry. This role oversees Area Representatives, Ambassadors, and Interns while equipping coaches, athletes, staff, and volunteers to become disciples who make disciples. Working in alignment with the Regional Vice President and local boards, the Area Director develops and executes a ministry plan that upholds FCA’s mission, vision, values, and biblical standards.
